Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your VPS plan level at any time. You can select to Upgrade/Downgrade each of your VPS servers by selecting "Upgrade" link in the new Dashboard for Gen5 and newer systems.
Upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated so existing service time is applied as an account credit. When your new service level is billed, the available account credit will be deducted.
Yes and No. Yes in that you can add at any time more disk space, you can increase your hard drive size from our included 150GB across our product lines to between 250GiB to 1TiB of high performance NVMe SSD RAID protected storage. No in that currently KVM the virtualization we, and many providers use across the Internet, does not allow for hard drives to be scaled DOWN in size. So by us keeping your selected hard drive size constant across our VPS plan sizes this allows you to easily scale from a smaller server to a very large system for that marketing or event traffic rush, and then back down to a smaller plan, as needed.
You can add more disk space at time of order, or at anytime from our Dashboard under Upgrade Options for each of your active VPS servers.
Each Managed VPS server has a listed "Transfer" amount, this is not metered, but is a general indication of how much data transfer per month on average, a specific plan level will likely handle in a mixed use setup, with dynamic pages and static assets stored web site deployment with no CDN (content delivery network) in front of the hosted web sites.
In all cases we recommend fronting your web site fully with a CDN such as Cloudflare. With proper cache settings this can greatly lower your outbound data transfer and this also provides the added benefit of protecting your site from abusive bots, DoS and DDoS attacks, and speeds up your site to a global audience for Free or low cost depending on other Advanced Options you may choose to utilize from Cloudflare.
All services are billed on an automated Monthly or Yearly billing cycle until you cancel your subscription. Billing reminders are sent out 3 days before the renewal. On the renewal date, your card on file will be charged and a receipt will be emailed to you. Receipts are also available for download through your Account Portal.
As this is a auto-renewing subscription based service we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Yes! You can cancel any NEW account within the first seven (7) days and request a full refund.
We do not offer refunds after 7 days, on renewing accounts, nor service credit balances your account may have. If there are extenuating circumstances, please open up a ticket with us.
